Leader love people
salam & hi there....
"You can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving"
Its possible to be a boss without being close to your subordinates. But you can't be a leader without caring about your associates. Why? No one will follow! Leaders do not use people to accomplish a goal. They have genuine concern about their team members.
Lots of people have good ideas. Many people are effective managers. But those who rise to become leaders are those who love people and are loved in return. Associates must know the leader is truly interested in the things that cause them concern. They are not robots that need polishing but rather human beings who need embracing.
Leaders are not afraid to draw their associates into their circle of acceptance. They respect the correctness of space, but they're willing to cross over the imaginary emotional lines that separate staff and subordinates on the organizational flowchart.
Whats the difference between a boss and a leader? The boss has employees. The leader develops leaders. His or her followers know the leader cares about them, their families, and their future.
Leaders are inclusive, not exclusive.
Have fun!
